Dear Parents/Guardians:

Our Family Dance was a resounding success. Thank you so much to the parents who helped out with making this community builder so much fun. The children had a great time. The Rubberbands—our DJ’s for the past 16 years made this event a blast. The kids loved seeing their photos on our new TV. Over 287 tickets were sold so you know it is well attended!

Thank you to Father Romano who led our Easter celebration on April 3rd. The spirit of rebirth and renewal surround us as we celebrate Jesus’s rising from the dead.

Our Grade 3 and 6 students will have the opportunity to interact with the Alberta Government PAT exams when they participate in their Language Arts written component on May 14th and 15th and a math field test on May 22nd and 23th.

Most of our families have returned their Planning Feedback Forms indicating they will be returning to St. Bonaventure for the next school year, 2013-2014. If you’ve lost your form or forgotten where it is, let us know and we’ll send another copy home.

On May 12th, please make sure you spend a little extra time thanking that wonderful mother who has been so good to you over the years.

 CIP Grant of $10,542 was received by our school.  This money was spent on the Dell Notebooks, Library Books and Musical Instruments!  Thank you Community Initiative Program!!!
